American wine critic Robert Parker is shifting the headquarters of his influential Wine Advocate newsletter to Singapore from rural Maryland, handing the editor’s job over to one of his correspondents, abandoning the print edition in favor of digital versions, and bringing in a trio of Singapore-based investors.
