(Updated June 7 to reflect open slots)
The Quartz news staff is expanding in 2013, and I wanted to call your attention to several reporting and editing positions that are open right now.
We look for people who embody Quartz: creative, insightful, worldly, and a little nerdy. This is a fun place to work, and you’d have the opportunity to help us shape Quartz from the ground up. Specific details about each position are available at the links below, which will also point you to the right place to submit an application.
Our newsroom is based in New York, but we accept applications from people who would work from other locations. Obviously, the London and Hong Kong correspondents must be located in or willing to relocate to those cities. Questions can be directed to our newsroom inbox: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We’re also always on the lookout for freelancers around the world, so feel free to get in touch if that sounds interesting. And our Ideas team accepts pitches for contributions to Quartz; email them at email@example.com. We apologize for not responding to all inquiries due to the volume we receive.
