Going digital doesn’t mean paper needs to fade into a relic of the past. At least, that seems to be Disney Research’s idea with its latest invention—a way to make paper hi-tech.

It’s extremely cheap and doesn’t even require batteries; just two simple components can turn any ordinary piece of paper into a remote control. Check out the video above to see just how far-reaching—and entertaining—Disney believes the possibilities could be.
