Disassembled sexbots are horrifying

If having intimate relationships with sexbots is a future you want to be part of, you might want to have a look at what goes into their production.

Matt McMullen, the creator of RealDoll, the lifelike silicone-clad dolls that some people know carnally, last year announced he was creating a robotic version, called Realbotix. Future of Sex, a site devoted to, unsurprisingly, what sex looks like in a future dominated by technology, rounded up a few of McMullen’s Instagram photos detailing the process of building and testing the bots, and once you remove the silicone, what’s underneath is pretty unsettling.
