Two Georgian politicians just got into a fist fight on live television

If you want to watch a real heated debate, Georgian politics is where it’s at.

Last night (Sept. 27), a televised debate between two Georgian parliamentary candidates got out of hand when one candidate accused the other’s party of being too friendly with Russia. He implied they were “political clowns.” As you can see in the video above, that’s all it took to send this debate into chaos.

And this isn’t the first time Georgian parliamentarians have come to blows. Just last week, two different candidates started throwing punches after one called the other “scum.”

The Georgian parliamentary elections take place on Oct. 8.
