US-China relations as seen through Businessweek covers from the past six months

Bloomberg Businessweek’s new cover (left) features a special report on China. The message, in the voice of all Chinese: “We come in peace.” That’s in contrast to the magazine’s cover back in March (right), in the voice of all Americans: “Hey China! Stop stealing our stuff.”

This is actually the third time in six months that Businessweek has devoted a beautifully designed, if not exactly subtle, cover on US-China relations. A cover in May (center) asked, “Is this any place to do business?”
