The movie theater operator posted revenue of $1.1 billion in the period, also topping Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $1.06 billion.
For the year, the company reported that its loss narrowed to $396.6 million, or $2.37 per share. Revenue was reported as $4.81 billion.
