    We have given trillions of dollars to other countries and most times it get squandered by the dictator or bureaucracy....just look at the millions given to Haiti to help them after their devistating earthquake and what happened, it fleeced the pockets of Bill and Hillary. It's time we stop most of the aid but need to help them fix their societies if they so choose...it's not our business to tell them how to live...that's what always gets America in trouble...there are also a lot of other countries who can help and since we have Trillions in debt, we need to fix our own country first before we can help others any more.

    Funding the betterment of global society and fixing the causations of mass migration is certainly more efficient and beneficial than the current plan. Migrants move because of poor conditions in their own countries. Unable to better themselves in terms of education and safety - they seek asylum in one of the few places that offer a reprieve from their current situation, the United States. With the funds taken from further border enforcement, the United States can have a hand in positive industrial growth that will both improve our economy and reduce the amount of migrants risking everything to come to the US. It’s a win-win situation!
