    The answers are not particularly surprising - more time and collaboration with customers yields greater customer satisfaction and value - but this is a nice article about the setup of the project as well as much as about the results. Executive engagement at the outset underpins the final results. Without that, it would have just been yet another analysis project with knowledge but no action.
