Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has cancerous nodules removed from lung
Washington (CNN)Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg had two cancerous nodules removed from her left lung Friday at a New York hospital, the Supreme Court announcedRead full story
At a personal level this is devastating news for Justice Ginsberg and her family. On a human level, we should wish her a speedy recovery and good prognosis. At every level, this will send tremors beneath an already shaky political landscape.
Wishing Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg a speedy recovery. Our country need her more than ever in these challenging times.
A movie about her, “On the Basis of Sex” comes out Christmas Day. We are mourning the RBG we know, and like many women, there is a depth to her we do not know. I can’t wait for the movie and for her speedy recovery.
I pray for her full recovery. We need the strong fortitude of this woman on the SCOTUS. I look forward to her continued voice in justice.
RBG has been crushing cancer for 20 years. She survived colorectal cancer in 1999 and pancreatic cancer in 2009. She *will* survive lung cancer in 2019 because that is just what this woman does! #longliveRBG
I hope she does well, disappointing, those asking her to survive until 2021. Does politics have to infect everything? Hope she does well, for her family I hope she does well for sometime.
I hope she has a speedy recovery. And then I wonder why these positions are lifetime appointments. At that age and nearly all of her work is done by staff as they compile the previous decisions and opinions, which I would imagine is also subjective to the staff views and opinions.
Got her in my thoughts. What a remarkable human being she is.
Wishing RBG a speedy recovery. She’s such an icon. Hope she gets well soon and stays on the SCOTUS.
As a Conservative Republican, I wish Justice Ginsburg a speedy recovery and a Blessed Christmas!!
Hopefully you are getting healthy and have a great Christmas to you and your family from Uncle Frank in Florida 🐯🐯🐬🐬🐬
At 85 years to have that kind of surgery indicates that this is a tough, strong woman that plans on being around for us....good thing, because we really need her now more than ever. The implications of her stepping down are frightening at best. At worst, a huge step back for democracy and freedom.
Such a remarkable human being. Thoughts are with her and wishes for speedy recovery! The country has never needed her more.
Oh no!!! I hope she’s alright.
What a horrible thing to say or even think. The liberals have gone to war with every single person who steps out of the box with any belief other than what they think.
You can’t talk (respond) to people it makes this kinda 1 dimensional and pretty much useless. I get it your trying to probably shelter us from negative comments but I’ve seen sites that have rules and moderation that does fine. I will be deleting this app. I already have the New York Times. Tank you anyways
I wish you a speedy and full recovery and peace, love, kindness, respect.
Love; Weezie 😍😘😁
It was bound to happen. I worry about who her replacement is going to be.
I hope Justice Ginsberg has a speedy recovery from her surgery and is able to enjoy the holiday season with her family and friends❄❄
I pray that she gets better and speedy recovery
Wishing RGB blessings and speedy recovery 📈 and God is with you always and forever and prayers 🙏 merry Christmas and happy new year many more to come aloha from Hawaii.. See you soon.
She sure looks like sour personality. Maybe Trump will have an opportunity for another constitutionalist on the Supreme Court.
Those broken ribs must have been divine intervention. Without that event, this cancer won’t have continued undetected.
Wishing RBG a quick recovery. :)
Regardless of your political views this is an individual fighting an evil invasion into her body. Praying for full restoration of her health and for her family in Jesus’ name.
I’m wondering if she hadn’t fallen and broken her ribs, would they have found out in time?
