Pilots are the ones who really know what’s going on, they know how often they have to react to cockpit warnings associated with MCAS and, at least in theory, these incidents are reported. Canada is banning based on no evidence, reacting to social pressure. Again, talk to the pilots, unless they are suicidal they wouldn’t be flying the plane if they didn’t know how.
