With the development of cognitive engagement AI, we can soon replace these people. What's more exciting is that the higher value jobs that these people will do are possibly not created yet. As tech grows, there is going to be a large amount of new jobs coming in and the people that are replaced by AI will take those jobs.

    Cognitive engagement is a tough type of AI. The main thing companies have to do is test in house first before opening it to the public or it won't work and won't be accepted very well.

    Test in house first then release. AI is growing and I'm excited to see the indirect benefits it will bring to all types of jobs.
