  • Zoom Founder & CEO, Eric S. Yuan, Named #1 CEO on Glassdoor in 2018. I really admire his management style. He says “ If your culture is off, even if you make good progress, it’s not sustainable” He still do one on one meeting with all of 1700 employees and 65% of the newly hired employees are from internal referrals.

These are Eric’s quotes I like.

“Your company’s culture is the #1 most important thing to get right. Everything else flows from there.”

“I tell every hiring manager, focus on two things

  • My clients on the west coast introduced me to Zoom which we now use for all our calls. It works really well and the video is great.

  • Profitability ahead of an IPO is all well and good, but I still haven’t been able to find an affordable video-con that works seamlessly between multiple countries, Zoom included.

  • Zoom really is innovative even if we are unaware of the technology added when we use it. It has very limited problems when it comes to sound or video. Conferences are all very easy to do and accessible to all on any device.

The only issue could be it's account creation is a little confusing sometimes, but with a company like them, they will fix that it almost no time.

This has resulted in fueling the trend of "being too big to fail". Now because they have a lot of funding, and have already been given credit for it, these massively funded startups start growing new lines of business (often turning into bad experiments) to legitimize the valuations they have - therefore delivering mediocre services and products to consumers.

  • From my experience, Zoom really does work well, consistently, and it’s easy to use.

  • Yes. YES. A positive, self-motivated ulture is the ultimate competitive advantage.

  • Yes and yes and yes. Great tech, impressive team, raving fans. Zoom's IPO will be bigger news than Uber and Pinterest imho.

  • I often use Zoom in our company.

That quality of sound and video is amazing.

Zoom provide good environment for video conference.

  • Beautiful story, and so true.
