HR needs to be disrupted, and I don't mean via an app. Most of our understanding of the role of human resources is flawed, for reasons having less to do with HR people and more to do with the nature of the modern corporation. HR needs to be a much stronger advocate for employees, rather than a protector of management, which it more often than not is.

  • Really interesting take on the loss of momentum of #metoo and some of the missed opportunities for change. There is still a lot more work to be done.
