    Here is hoping that every man in a heterosexual relationship gets to experience the times of a woman not only making more than him in their relationship, but equal pay to the men in her office.

The reason why we have silly disparities in pay and parity issues is because we put gender classifications instead of looking at the individual and meritocracy. If a couple, one is a neurosurgeon and the other one is a kindergarten teacher, there is going to be a pay parity regardless of gender, but is pay actually the primary motivator and driver for relationships? bringing up these issues is actually what causes more issues.
