  • If Vermont had indeed passed this in the wake of Cambridge Analytica, it would be counted as an impressive legislative achievement, especially on such short notice.

    This is an enormous step forward. Vermont has taken the burden of crafting legislation upon itself, giving other states a framework to easily follow. Hopefully we see more headlines state by state in the coming weeks.
