  • You know what's funny, they try so hard to include several skin tones but there is no olive/tan/hispanic in the emojis. It's either white as snow 👩🏻 or shades of brown 👩🏽👩🏿. Apple's emoji team really doesn't get that it's not "black or white."

  • Diversity is not an "essential element" of management, but it is a great help in getting a new perspective. Age, gender, and race diversity need to be considered. #diversity #HR #leadership
