Airbnb is capping the number of days that hosts in its biggest market can rent out their homes

Citing French regulations, Airbnb says Parisian hosts in four high-demand districts will only be able rent their properties a maximum of 120 days a year.

But Paris officials said the limit should be enforced by Airbnb in 16 additional districts, including popular areas far from the city center like Montmartre.
