Trump Tower prices have dropped more than those at neighboring buildings

Once associated with luxury, New York’s Trump Tower is losing its shine. Real estate agents are having a harder time finding people willing to invest in units, and values in the mixed-use Fifth Avenue high-rise are falling.

Through prices for other buildings in the area have also dropped, at 8% since 2015, prices at Trump Tower have fallen more, at 30%, according to real estate firm CityRealty.
