For the year, the company reported a loss of $204.5 million, or $14.43 per share. Revenue was reported as $2.76 billion.
For the current quarter ending in March, ModivCare said it expects revenue in the range of $650 million to $700 million.
The company expects full-year revenue in the range of $2.7 billion to $2.9 billion.
