As lockdowns and social distancing continue, to differing degrees, around the world, more and more people are working out from home. That has fueled a race within the fitness industry to capture new customers. It has also left many people struggling with long days sitting at a makeshift home office, and caused others to reevaluate just how much activity they need to stay healthy.
