It’s fascinating that he honestly shares that implementing OKR the right way took years for General Assembly. In my experience I was new to OKR years ago but the company I worked for was really consistent and a strong believer in setting OKRs. And it worked not only because it was a way to stick to the goals and evaluate actions measurable for the company but also for growth of an employee’s.
