Agree with Jane and Miellyn... it's a stunt. Well-planned publicity stunt for Griffin's comeback. I hope she does something smart with it.
I'm disappointed that both sides were not able to make this work. Black-ish has done such a great job of addressing tough issues. I would have loved to have seen their take on this.
Although it is unclear what this will be, exactly. I will watch it. It will give me hope and I'm sure I will cry.
Everyone I know or have worked with in Hollywood is constantly working.
I feel like any time anything low-tech that I grew up with is in jeopardy of extinction, my instinct is to scream, "Save it all costs!" That being said, it's been a while since I've purchased a Rolling Stone.
This cracked me up. I don't think I've watched a full episode of any incarnation of The Bachelor. But if this guy could MST3K it, I'd watch.
Jimmy was fine. Not exactly a ringing endorsemeng of a host. But enough with thr white men hosting these things... I really enjoyed the segment where they surprised the Wrinkle in Time audience... and I usually don't go for those bits. I would have loved more of Rudoph/Haddish... next year?
"Only Adam Sandler." I've found myself uttering this with a smirk (or a shakr of the head) through the years. The actor/comedian who built a career playing the eternal mam/child, showed such charm in "The Wedding Singer," and restraint in "Punch-Drunk Love." He has cornered the market on name-dropping Chanukah songs and seems to be very loyal to his friends. So, it doesn't surprise me that he is now disguising himself and singing in the subway.
It is understandable that there would be public interest in the contents of the will of a public figure. However, personally... I feel like, it's just not my business. Let her rest in peace.
