    If there’s anything the Right is so good at is marketing and PR. They’re making “entitlement” a bad thing. As Americans, and the supposed leader of the free world, you should be entitled to world-class education. You should be entitled to basic healthcare so you don’t die of a common cold. You should be entitled to basic human rights. Your children and grandchildren should be entitled to an environment that is livable and sustainable. There’s nothing wrong with investing in your community and your

You should be entitled to basic human rights. Your children and grandchildren should be entitled to an environment that is livable and sustainable. There’s nothing wrong with investing in your community and your future. Otherwise, the result won’t be immediate (and will be past McConnell’s expiration date, TBH, and probably why he doesn’t care), but America will lose its edge and its dominance on the world stage. Very short-sighted of him.

    Balanced, nuanced thoughts are so rare these days. Society favors and propagates black and white when life is really shades of grey. Science lives in shades of grey - no true scientist will tell you anything is 100% for certain. And yet, uninformed characters on soapboxes will tell you something in absolute, and people will believe it because of their charisma. This is the biggest flaw with society at this very moment.

    I love it when tech CEOs throw out random numbers just to sound impressive. I’m not sure what his timeline is looking like but there are 7.442 billion people on this earth currently. So are we looking at the entire human population at some undefined timeline?
