Perhaps I am oversimplifying this, however, what is difficult with the concept of allowing all speech except that speech which is a threat of violence against another person? Trying to weed out hate speech is an impossibility. Generally speaking, people will not all agree on the definition. I would like to think, however, most people can agree on statements that threaten bodily harm and/or death. If someone’s ideology is threatening perhaps “change the channel”.
