Many organizations are using large-scale randomized controlled trials (i.e., experiments) to decided what, when and where to launch new products and/or services. The results are impressive.
Innovation doesn't have to be so hard. It's not a special gift but a skill you can learn, practice and become good at.
Its the forced disconnect that I find as critical. Love the idea that says if you do not disconnect, you do not get paid for the week of your vacation.
Not sure I agree with the premise but something you keep an eye on.
