The issue with Kavanaugh is lying or truth - which is it? This should be a non-partisan concern.

Brandon John's- it's not just leftist thinking, its human thinking. If it doesnt bother you, check your pulse. As for American kids that are homeless, talk to your government. They are cutting kids care, school lunch programs and Medicaid. They also are not being forceably removed from their parents. In a grander view, the government is trying to outlaw abortion - which could mean more unwanted kids in foster care. So the responses you dont like may be mostly from leftists but it's the hard right

So the responses you dont like may be mostly from leftists but it's the hard right doing the most damage to American kids. Oh, and for the rest of you making ignorant statements about these kids happily abandoning these children, you are sick and twisted and obviously have not been to the border. The callousness of these statements are disgusting and frightening.

A FRIEND SENT ME THIS: May I remind Senator Flake of his own words in a speech on the senate floor, and ask him why those words don't matter anymore. Were you just grandstanding Senator Flake? Did you really mean what you said? Because your actions today say otherwise...

This is from his October 2017 speech

A FRIEND SENT ME THIS: May I remind Senator Flake of his own words in a speech on the senate floor, and ask him why those words don't matter anymore. Were you just grandstanding Senator Flake? Did you really mean what you said? Because your actions today say otherwise...

This is from his October 2017 speech

Flake denounced the "complicity" of his own party in what he called an "alarming and dangerous state of affairs" under Trump, blaming the President for setting the tone. In his speech, Flake assailed a "flagrant disregard for truth or decency" and attacked a "regular and casual undermining of our democratic norms."

"When such behavior emanates from the top of our government, it is something else: It is dangerous to a democracy," Flake said.

Flake said he did not enjoy sparring with Trump. "If I have been critical, it's not because I relish criticizing the behavior of the President of the United States," Flake said. "If I have been critical, it is because I believe that it is my obligation to do so, as a matter of duty and conscience."

Flake went on to say that history would judge those who did not speak up. "The notion that one should stay silent as the norms and values that keep America strong are undermined and as the alliances and agreements that ensure the stability of the entire world are routinely threatened by the level of thought that goes into 140 characters -- the notion that one should say and do nothing in the face of such mercurial behavior is ahistoric and, I believe, profoundly misguided."

For those accusing her of receiving funds for her testimony: 1) If you had ever been assaulted you would find the idea of payment for telling completely laughable. No amount of money covers the trauma, memories and scars. 2) To review facts only, you will find the only person to receive funds was Kavanaugh as the Republican party paid off a mountain of debt ( upwards of $500k) so he would have a clean slate. Trying to find a reason for her testimony, other than to let justice be done is twisted and sick. Shame on you.
