Wasn’t there someone that said “Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.” - Ben Franklin. Also, more correlations for kids and prison?? We’re preparing everybody to go through prison with the schools. There’s too many similarities now. Then you touch on the issue of forcibly taking these “kids” right to privacy away from them. I doubt they’re brought into the discussion in a way that respects their human right to privacy. Smh they’re treated these kids like cattle they own.

I’m starting out well in my field. I served to put myself through college and while I was there I had a manager who was part of the older wave of millennials. He had a degree from Harvard and was as clever as a fox. He was just born during an unfortunate time and couldn’t get a job in his field. By the time jobs had opened up, he was making more money in the food service industry than he’d make as an entry level worker. With a new child on the way, he was stuck in a dead end job field to provide for a family. Almost my entire generation has faced situations like this repeatedly. The older a millennial is, the more they have faced recurring closed doors. There’s a reason why the younger millennials are more optimistic. I believe it’s because they have it easier. The issues our predecessors faced have been addressed because of their outcry of unfairness. So to them I say thank you.
