There’s one place where the problems in Puerto Rico can be blamed- and that’s on the people of Puerto Rico. Despite like, Greenland, being blessed with abundant resources, the people of Puerto Rico have squandered their blessings through their own behavior. And it’s interesting that they blame the US, since there is a huge emigration of Puerto Ricans to...... you guessed it- the US!

Ok then comrade... so how does this work? Someone works hard, makes good grades, works some different jobs, learns a lot, has a great idea, starts a company, creates all kinds of jobs and economic activity, starts earning lots of money... when is it that you and the Central Committee or Politburo or whatever you call yourselves get to decide that someone has gotten “too rich” and it would “be better for everyone for them not to have too much money?” What is the magic income line they cross that they have to give all or most of it to you and your friends who never made it financially on your own? People like you terrify me. Go buy a copy of Atlas Shrugged. You sound eerily familiar to the story, which was written by someone who grew up and saw communism first hand and called it out to all for the danger that it is.
