  • Trump may be waiting to engage in his White House office in order to come up with a compromise but if the “compromise “ isn’t exactly what he wants, he walks out of the room. I don’t believe that he has ever learned the art of negotiation! Trump may be waiting to engage in his White House office in order to come up with a compromise but if the “compromise “ isn’t exactly what he wants, he walks out of the room. I don’t believe that he has ever learned the art of negotiation! To him, it does not matter that a large majority of Americans do not want this wall for many reasons, from its appearance to the fact that real structural engineers have not been consulted. Many of THOSE have stated that the current designs are accidents waiting to happen. This includes a woman (I wish I could remember her name) who is a Forensic Structural Engineer. She knows about giant things that fall or are relatively easy to break through. And this doesn’t even address the billions it will actually take to build and maintain, and the decades it will take to cover 2,000 miles, and the lawsuits to be gotten through over taking over people’s land. The whole idea is nonsense, politically motivated to make his base happy. So if border security is REALLY what Trump wants to see, then open up our government again, gather together and come up with a real compromise that has nothing to do with getting re elected. Fix the immigration system.
