  • What we have now is a federal government that has grown so large, and spends so much money, that we’ve created a system that can be manipulated by the wealthy.

    The answer is not more government, but less. A smaller government with limited powers (that described in the constitution) would not have the power to deal out favors, in the form of regulation and government contracts. Corporations would not be able to pave the way for themselves through political contributions. They would be forced to compete on a level playing field.
