I don't believe the glass ceiling has been "broken", women still make less than their equally qualified male counterparts. However I believe that this is more like 'the end of the beginning of the end' for sexual inequality in the corporate landscape. It's not shattered, but it IS showing cracks from recent stress on it combined with its age. I'm 38 and I'm proud to say that we will see it starter spectacularly within my lifetime (God willing)🤔
