    I'm no fan of the Tea party either, but unfortunate things have to play out in order for advancement to occur. We need to look at this example and use it to look for a better way by building and learning, and not ignoring it just because we don't agree with it.

    We should take the opportunity to learn from the example as much as we can rather than focus entirely on loathing his existence. From this article, I went into reading about Elizabeth Koch, who sounds much more inspiring and can maybe correct some of the unfortunate realities brought on by her family. As the latter article points out, we have to predict differently to change our reality - that is what I take from this reading.
