I have a OP6. Best value phone out there IMO. For my needs the OP7 (not the OP7 Pro) is more than enough but some want the ultra and that's fine. I do have Bluetooth problems however and that's almost a deal breaker for me. None the less, OnePlus has really found the sweet spot and is positioned very well. Really good phone at a good price and not over the top. Good on them.
Just because we have a private company with ambitions does not mean the effort to save Earth is minimized. You may believe that it is pie in the sky useless endeavour but there are many who have in depth exposure to the benefits of space travel (NASA for example) who would disagree with that opinion. Let's try to tame our cynical nature and dig a bit deeper to discover what the pros are before imperically saying the cons outweigh all there is.
Evangelicals are using the ends justifies the means argument. They put up with the behaviour by telling themselves that this person has power and this person says that he will put our issues as priority (abortion being the big one). I think they know that if push came to shove, Trump would abandon them without a thought but they are willing to do almost anything to keep their position and relevance. It just seems so wrong and hypocritical and I think it turns off a lot of people away from their core message. Sad...
I think social media has morphed into this bad thing. If we kept our opinions to ourselves and just used it for pics and cat videos, it would be much less of a problem. That still has value in that you are still connected to your friends which is the whole reason they started it to begin with is it not?
I really don't understand the logic of the Amazon opponents. It appears that what they are saying, "we don't want the jobs because the prosperity will drive up cost of living for the folks who did not get a job". In other words, they all have to suffer. If I can't have it you can't have it.
