    This is so important when designing offices as not everyone works or learns efficiently in the same environment. I've only known open plan offices but as I've progressed through my career I've learnt that my best work comes with silence. I end up either booking meetings rooms so that I can focus with no distraction or end up working late at night when everyone else has gone home! Catering for more personality styles (I'm an introvert so do not get energised when around lots of people, in fact it's the opposite for me) would help companies have a more productive workforce.
