  • I think he should have let it shut down. This happened once in Australia all the lawmakers were fired and replaced. We need term limits these people have forgotten who is accountable to whom, if they ever knew. AOC talks about her "inauguration" LOL I think she really thinks it was a coronation.

  • How to Read a Book by Mortimer Adler should be required reading for teachers as well as students. Due to the heavy emphasis on indoctrination in schools as opposed to critical thinking skills we have created an intellectually lazy population lacking in intellectual integrity. Watch some of the YouTube video man inthe street interviews if that dieant give you a jolt nothing will. Government schools have been teaching what to think rather than how to think far too long.

  • I liked it too. Anybody familiar with, particularly Democrat committee members bellicose, smug and condescending treatment of witnesses has to be tickled by his responses. The unprofessional insistence of Kamala Harris'insisting on concern over "perception", Hank Johnsons moronic attack on families of murder victims of illegal aliens, not to mention his questioning whether US troops might somehow cause Guam to capsize proves they don't deserve the respect they are getting. The concept that we are

The concept that we are responsible to these clowns is a massive lie everyone has bought into. They are responsible to us the people, not we to them.

  • I was a professional photographer and so was able to work around it and raise my children myself. But as I wasn't able to work as much as I could have and my husband was in the midst of a career change when we had two babies in 12 months it was a struggle. One car, couponing being very frugal but I don't regret it for a moment. A major reason we decided on this plan was that I photographed at a lot of daycares in Austin, TX where we lived at the time. Many sad and even horror stories. One in particular

I was a professional photographer and so was able to work around it and raise my children myself. One in particular, a very upscale center with a long waiting list, had a baby house. It was a small house apart from the main building. 12 infants in motorized swings lining the walls and a separate room with a changing table and three or four baby beds. One young woman caring for all of them, she would feed each baby, too young to hold a bottle as she sat in a rocking chair while watching TV all day every day. The babies were quiet and good, too quiet and good. Had they given up on crying for attention? Especially after my children were born I thought about that situation frequently with deep sadness. Every parent knows the close intimate interaction with someone who adores that baby is essential for full development of that little one. Of course all babies being raised by their parents don't get what they need but they certainly won't get it in that situation. It broke my heart to see the luxury vehicles and exquisitely dressed young professionals arriving to drop their babies off. Is there any wonder there are so many learning challenges being treated with medication? That's why the extended family leave, I believe, is more beneficial ultimately. I also love the idea of businesses having some arrangement in the workplace with the parents contributing at probably much lower cost than funding privately along with the more productive workforce due to less anxiety about their chidren.
