  • While I agreed that employees should not feel it necessary to tell their boss every aspect of their day if they are leaving and hour early, or coming in late, however, it depends on the job. If you are a nurse working at a hospital once you commit to being there a certain number of hours, you must be there. And if you are not there, you need to have had your schedule changed weeks in advance or take the entire day off because you are sick. Even in small businesses you must inform your boss of your whereabouts. If your company has 12 workers and your company is a computer systems fixing business not all of those 12 workers will have the same speciality. Therefore, you must make sure that you have at least one person for each skill working at a time. If you are one of the three people working who know how to program computers you cannot just leave or show up late without telling your manager or boss. Your job should inform you of their policy before you work there so that you can determine if the schedule and hours they require, or don’t require, are reasonable for you.

  • I am 14 years old and I am not a supporter of socialism. Socialism destroys countries because there is no reason for people to work if they aren’t able to keep their profits and someone else will be paying for them. Companies will close, the rich will move away because they are being taxed to high, and the economy will fail. Capitalism allows for a society where there is competition which then creates jobs, and helps the economy to grow. Venezuela is in ruins because it was only 10 years ago that

I am 14 years old and I am not a supporter of socialism. Venezuela is in ruins because it was only 10 years ago that they thought socialism was a good idea. Before that their economy was good and the people were much better off. It only took them 10 years for socialism to destroy their country, that’s really scary. The reason why people my age are supportive of socialism is because theatrically it’s a great idea. They need to live in the real world, read unbiased articles and stop drinking the koolaid that schools are brainwashing them into believing.
