The diversity discussions overtaking the HR office reflect centuries of inequities and decades of frustratingly slow progress in fixing them. These discussions are important, but they don't tell the whole story of what happens when people of different races, genders, religions, sexual orientations, countries, political persuasions, or economic backgrounds come together in the pursuit of work. In this obsession, we’ll tell that story from all angles.
