The Fabulous Bakin’ Boys had always harboured ambitions for growth. Gary Frank and his team wanted to double the company’s turnover within three to five years, but didn’t know how to put their plans into action. Taking a future-focused approach, the team now know what they need to be doing every six months in order to realise their goals.
The process has also fostered a sense of staff ownership over company strategy, with everyone involved in fleshing out the bigger picture and plans for growth. This has become a powerful and motivating tool within the business.
