Chinese intelligence agencies and hackers use increasingly sophisticated techniques to access to U.S. military computers and defense contractors, according to the draft of an annual report mandated by Congress. A US intelligence source who spoke with the report’s authors said Chinese agencies are “relentless” in their efforts to “blind or disrupt U.S. intelligence and communications satellites, weapons targeting systems, and navigation computers,” the draft report said. The paper’s official publication date is November 14.
