If drone racing has a poster boy, it’s probably Carlos Puertolas. Charpu, as he’s known in the racing community, has been featured in a number of media stories (including our own) about this fast growing hobby. He has amassed over two and a half million views on his YouTube channel, and will be featured in an new online show billing itself as the “Top Gear” for drone racing. Click on the video above to watch Charpu gracefully weave his drone through abandoned buildings. He uses a mounted camera and VR goggles to let us watch the flight from the drone’s point of view.
