“Uhuru Kenyatta, who is facing charges of crimes against humanity, maintained his lead in Kenya ‘s presidential election as the vote count neared conclusion. Kenyatta has 49.6 percent of the total votes cast, while Prime Minister Raila Odinga has 44.2 percent with more than three-quarters of the ballots counted, according to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission.”
