Billionaire Elon Musk and his second wife, the British actress Talulah Riley, are divorcing, again—seemingly for real this time.

Musk and Riley have already divorced and remarried each other once, and in December 2014 they initiated proceedings to get divorced again. Seven months later, the couple reconciled and the second divorce was called off.

Riley filed for divorce on Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, the Associated Press reported. According to the filing, the divorce is amicable and the pair plan to remain friends.

Musk reportedly agreed to give Riley a $16 million payment when the second divorce was announced for the first time.

Musk, who co-founded Paypal and then went on to run Tesla and SpaceX, was previously married to the Canadian writer Justine Musk, with whom he has five children.

Riley is set to publish her first novel in August. It is titled “Acts of Love.”
