Cedar P. Carlton is an employment lawyer and dedicated workplace advocate. In addition to advising employees, she helps organizations prevent toxic work environments through employee-oriented policies, training programs, facilitated conversations, and other workplace interventions that foster collaboration. She received her A.B. from Stanford University and her J.D. summa cum laude from the Washington College of Law. She is a certified mediator and trained in restorative justice. After representing employees in workplace matters for over a decade, she founded Resolution, a division of Webster & Fredrickson, PLLC, to bring together employers and employees around the common goals of organizational success and employee well-being.
