Donatien is the head of the Statistics and Surveys Unit. He holds a PhD in Demography (2007) from University Paris, France, a Master of Arts degree (2003) in Demography from University Paris, France, and a Bachelor of Science degree (1998) in Statistics from the National Higher School of Statistics and Applied Economics, Ivory Coast.
