As CEO/founder of IDEO’s first startup-in-residence, Food Genius, my two big passions were food and data. Now as a portfolio director, I’m interested in helping companies use new platforms as systems to innovate, particularly at the intersection of intelligent systems and design. I’m especially excited to explore data science as a unique discipline of design and to understand how we might humanize and democratize data in the future.
