Leniece Flowers Brissett partners with companies that change the world - starting from within. She is the founder of Compass Talent Group, an HR consultancy creating diverse, equitable and inclusive workplaces. Through her writings, speeches and workshops, Leniece equips founders, executives and boards with the resources to be changemakers. She holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Vermont and a MA in Sociology from Columbia University.
