The bank, based in Oklahoma City, said it had earnings of $1.52 per share.
The results topped Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $1.48 per share.
BancFirst shares have dropped 6.5% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $82.44, a decrease of 13% in the last 12 months.
