Bayer is voluntarily recalling about 786,100 units of Afrin Original Nasal Spray in travel-size 6 mL bottles after the packaging was found to be missing a required label statement disclosing that it is not child-resistant.
The recall, conducted in collaboration with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, covers unexpired bottles with lot numbers 230361, 240822, 241198, 250066, 250152, 250646, and 250831. The bottles are identifiable by the text "Afrin® Original Nasal Spray" and "1/5 FL OZ (6 mL)" on the front label.
