J.D. Power has released its annual ranking of airlines as determined by their scores on customer satisfaction surveys. J.D. Power’s annual North America Airline Satisfaction Study includes in its surveys categories for both “first/business class” and “premium economy.” For the first time in three years, Delta Air Lines leads both categories.

Air Canada is ranked No. 7 in premium economy. Its premium economy class was ranked No. 6 last year.
This year its first/business class is ranked No. 6, down from No. 5 last year.
United Airlines is No. 6 in premium economy, the same as last year.
This year its first/business class is ranked No. 3, also the same as last year.
WestJet is ranked No. 5 in premium economy this year. It did not rank among the top airlines last year.
It doesn’t rank among the top airlines in first/business class this year, and it didn’t last year either.
JetBlue is ranked No. 4 in premium economy this year, down from No. 2 last year.
This year its first/business class is ranked No. 2, down from No. 1 last year.
American Airlines is ranked No. 3 in premium economy this year, up from No. 4 last year.
This year its first/business class is ranked No. 5, up from No. 6 last year.
Alaska Airlines is ranked No. 2 in premium economy, up from No. 3 last year.
This year its first/business class is ranked No. 4, the same as last year.
Delta Air Lines is ranked No. 1in premium economy, the same as last year.
This year its first/business class is ranked No. 1, up from No. 2 last year.
For the first time in three years, Delta Air Lines leads both categories.
